A well established company, Resi Build is a 10 year running business and currently has experience in constructing over 200 residential dwellings in the last 10 years. Resi Build prioritises striving for a happy build journey and achieving top quality workmanship with attention to detail as a focus. Resi Build places the relationship with our client as a partnership between the two parties. We do things slightly differently where as a company we will internally, with our staff, tailor a client care process that may be different per project. This enables us to do our utmost to deliver a happy journey from start to completion.

03 // OUR STORY
Jordan has close to 20 years experience in the residential building industry. Both a qualified builder and current licensed builder, Jordan has done his time in the trenches as an apprentice, has run medium to large building teams constructing over 200 homes, worked in the project management sector delivering entry level houses, mid range homes and high end builds. Jordan also has had good experience in subdivisional development projects, whether just building a new house on the front lawn or of a larger scale with a demolition and start from scratch for larger investors and developers.
Jordan is all about his family. He loves spending time with his wife Delwyne and his two young children Zoey and Josh.
