Based in Silverdale, Resi Build is a well-established building company with over a decade of experience and more than 200 projects completed across Auckland. We’re known for our commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail, but just as importantly, we care about how the process feels for our clients along the way. As licensed builders, we take pride in doing things properly from start to finish.

Known for our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we place just as much importance on the journey as we do on the final result. We are licensed North Shore builders.

At Resi Build, we see every project as a partnership — one built on trust, transparency, and shared goals. We develop a tailored client care process for each build, shaped internally by our team to suit the unique needs of the project and the people behind it. This personalised approach helps us deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience from the first conversation to the final handover.

Jordan Fejos - Founder

Jordan has close to 20 years experience in the residential building industry. Both a qualified builder and current licensed builder, Jordan has done his time in the trenches as an apprentice, has run large building teams constructing over 200 homes, worked in the project management sector delivering homes ranging from entry level to high end.

Jordan also has had experience in subdivisional development projects, whether just building a new house on the front lawn or on a larger scale with a demolition and start from scratch for larger investors and developers.

Jordan is all about his family. He loves spending time with his wife Delwyne and his two young children Zoey and Josh.
