Mairangi Bay

A full internal renovation to bring an older home back to life.

This two-bedroom unit in Mairangi Bay was fully stripped back and renovated to refresh the space and bring it up to date. The goal was to modernise the home while keeping it simple, practical, and ready for its next stage.

We carried out a full internal upgrade, including a new kitchen, updated living areas, and a complete refresh throughout. By reworking the interior, the home now feels lighter, cleaner, and far more functional.

Working alongside the family, the renovation was completed ahead of sale, helping present the home at its best. The result is a space that feels fresh and inviting, while still holding onto the character of the original build.
