Resi Build's Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The program is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.

You may refer friends, family members, colleagues, or acquaintances.

Employees of Resi Build are welcome to refer and are eligible for rewards.

Referrals must be residents of New Zealand.

2. How to Make a Referral

To make a referral, email the details of the person you are referring to info@resibuild.co.nz.

Include the name of the referral and a few notes about their project.

You will receive a confirmation email once your referral has been recorded.

3. Qualifying Contracts

A qualifying contract is a signed agreement for any of Resi Build’s services with a minimum contract value of $30,000 including GST.

Only one referrer can be credited per referred person or project. If multiple people refer the same person, the reward will be given to the first referral submitted and recorded by Resi Build.

Partial, cancelled, or non-qualifying projects do not count toward the referral program.

4. Rewards

The reward is equal to 1% of the contract value, up to a maximum of $5,000.

Rewards are provided as e-vouchers for selected suppliers.

Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred client paying the deposit.

Rewards are non-transferable.

Alternative reward options may be agreed upon at Resi Build’s discretion.

5. No Limit on Referrals

You may make as many referrals as you like. Each qualifying referral will earn a separate reward.

6. Taxes / Legal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for any tax implications related to receiving rewards.

7. Promotion Period

The Referral Program is ongoing but may be amended or ended by Resi Build at any time.

Changes will be communicated via our website or email where possible.

8. Marketing and Publicity

By participating, you agree that your name and a photograph (if supplied) may be used for promotional purposes related to the Referral Program.

By participating, you consent to Resi Build storing your contact information for the purposes of administering the program.

9. Exclusions / Misconduct

Referrals obtained through fraudulent or dishonest means will be disqualified.

10. Disputes / Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, Resi Build’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
