The Pivot is a 60m² minor unit with a smart, slightly angled layout that gives the home a more unique feel than a standard rectangular design. It includes two bedrooms, a combined bathroom/laundry, and an open kitchen, dining, and lounge area that connects naturally through the centre of the home.

With its clean exterior, hipped roofline, and compact footprint, The Pivot feels modern, practical, and well-suited for extra family space, guests, or rental income.
