Set on a large section just outside Silverdale, this four-bedroom home was designed to feel private and tucked away, while still being within reach of town. Surrounded by bush and open space, it offers a quieter setting that suits family life without feeling too remote.

The home itself was built to suit the family’s needs, with a practical layout, generous living spaces, and strong connection to the outdoors. The outdoor areas were designed to be used year-round, making the most of the setting and giving the family plenty of space to relax and entertain.

Alongside the home, a large barn-style garage adds further flexibility, whether for storage, hobbies, or workspace. Built as a long-term home, this project reflects what’s possible when a space is designed specifically around how a family wants to live.
